The
Ruark R4 MK3 carries forward the ideology of its predecessor as a
traditional music centre, though it is one designed and engineered for
21st Century living. Comprising of an enhanced multi format CD player,
aptX Bluetooth receiver, USB playback port, DAB/DAB+/FM tuners and
auxiliary inputs, this powerful 2.1 speaker system will provide a
satisfying room filling sound.
Multiple ways of listening
The 2.1 audio grade amplifier/speaker system is perfect for modern day
listening. The revised slot loading CD mechanism is quick to operate
and provides CD text information with compatible disks. Radio reception
via DAB, DAB+ and FM is first class and with the built in aptX enabled
Bluetooth receiver you can stream and playback music and media with CD
quality sound from compatible devices.
On the rear panel is a USB
playback port for MP3, AAC and WMA files (which also doubles as a
convenient mobile charge port) along with optical and analogue inputs.
In particular, the new R4 makes a fantastic sound system for flat panel
TVs with the optical input providing a convenient connection point and
its rich expansive sound we guarantee will make viewing films so much
more enjoyable.
Functionality
With its new
organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display, set-up and programme
information is displayed with exceptional clarity from any viewing
angle.
Futhermore, the RotoDial controller is now integrated so you
can now manage functions either directly from R4 or use its new
dedicated infra-red remote. With its compact ergonomic design the new
remote control feels comfortable to hold and, alongside the RotoDial
control, makes operation of R4 IMS simple and intuitive.
Design
The British designed R4 Hi-Fi system looks reassuringly familiar, yet
both outside and in has been re-engineered making it better than ever.
With a smaller footprint, lower profile and selection of beautiful
finishes the new R4 exudes style.
